Troubleshooting: Support your Reviewers

As you launch your Call and start collecting Reviews on Submissions, you may need to provide extra support for Reviewers. Here are a few common issues faced by Reviewers and how to best advise them:

Problem Solution
Reviewer Unable to See Assigned Reviews If a Reviewer is unable to see their assigned reviews, please ensure to check the following items: * The user meets all Slayte System Requirements.
  • The user has been correctly assigned to the Submission. On the Submission List View you can add a Reviewers column to see which Reviewer has been assigned to each Submission.
  • The user might be logging in with a different account that was assigned to the Submission. Verify which email they are using to login, and compare this to the account email address that has been assigned to the Submission.
  • Ensure you have added a Review Phase to your Call.
  • Ensure the Submissions have been assigned to the Review Phase.

Reviewer Unable to See Assigned Reviews

If a Reviewer is unable to see their assigned reviews, please ensure to check the following items:

  • The user meets all Slayte System Requirements.
  • The user has been correctly assigned to the Submission. On the Submission List View you can add a Reviewers column to see which Reviewer has been assigned to each Submission.
  • The user might be logging in with a different account that was assigned to the Submission. Verify which email they are using to login, and compare this to the account email address that has been assigned to the Submission.
  • Ensure you have added a Review Phase to your Call.
  • Ensure the Submissions have been assigned to the Review Phase.
  • Ensure the dates you have chosen for you Review Phase cover the period you would like users to access the Review Form.

Reviewer Unable to Submit Review
